The firm collaborates with ArchiForm association, as well as several architects based in London. We are specialized in Building + Urban design and Landscape Architecture. We work as one solid team driven by one principle idea to create spaces that are inhabited by human activity as much as "green" growth. Our aim is to create spaces that allow the public to experience the hidden qualities of nature within the urban infrastructure. We introduce an "Urban Nature" to inspire human activity through Architecture. Zoi Karagouni, Architect. Zoi has lived and studied architecture in the United Kingdom for ten years. She completed her Bachelor Degree in Architecture with Honours, and has been awarded with the "Colours Award" in recognition of outstanding Achievement throughout the Academic Year 2002/2003 from De Montfort University in Leicester. Zoi practiced Landscape Architecture for a year in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and then returned to the UK to complete her Professional Diploma in Architecture at the University of East London. In 2009 she got a Master of Arts in Landscape Architecture with Merit from UEL. Currently Zoi is working as an Architect in Thessaloniki, Greece. Thinking AS A CYCLIST. A public space for cyclists, into a single object that could be used in a pragmatic way. The materiality of this object is reused bike tyres and inner tubes that cannot be recycled. This area presents a high risk of flood and because we cannot prevent flood, we create spaces for it; and learn how to live with water. We propose a space where can accommodate nature as much as human activity. Instead of protecting the site from water we let it on site in a strategic way that creates spaces and opportunities for biodiversity. The Art of Concrete. Our team is focusing on introducing an innovative material for concrete. We intend to recycle and reuse concrete in a most sustainable way for the environment.
